At Autocooke, we're committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, it is typically processed within 1–2 business days before being prepared for dispatch.
For customers within the United Kingdom, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs procedures, courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays. These circumstances are beyond our control, but we always do our best to keep you informed throughout the shipping process.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available), allowing you to follow your parcel until it reaches your door.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase, as we cannot be responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.
Returns & Refund Policy
At Autocooke, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make the returns process as simple and straightforward as possible.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the product should be unused, in its original condition, and, whenever possible, returned in its original packaging together with proof of purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Providing your order number along with clear photos of the issue will allow us to resolve the matter quickly by arranging a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.
